Skilz to Go - The Effective Management Series for Newly Appointed Managers

Study after study has proven the statement that employees don't leave companies, they leave managers. Ineffective management is the number one problem companies have in being profitable and retaining employees. This series of modular workshops is designed to address missing skills for managers new in their position. Each module is two hours in length and can be delivered in a variety of ways. (Up to 15 participants per workshop)

The Effective Management Series for Newly Appointed Managers addresses four keys to success:

  1. Assess Your Team - Managers will learn how to assess the strengths and weaknesses of their team overall and then develop a strategy to leverage the strengths and overcome the weaknesses.

  2. Build Your Team - After building their strategy, managers will learn key skills for finding, selecting and retaining the best talent.

  3. Manage Your Team - As their strategy evolves, managers will learn the key skills for implementing their strategy on an ongoing basis. This involves assessment, feedback and performance management.

  4. Develop Your Team - All strategies need to be adjusted during implementation. Managers will learn to develop their human resources for optimal performance and strategic implementation.
